1) The processing and addition of environmental, oceanographic and hydrographic data. Additional work for the recording/mapping of the seabed, 2) The processing of the inshore fishing data, 3) Selecting the most suitable areas for establishment of protected fishing zones, a final proposal for the orientation of two sub-areas with special protection status, 4) Review of the modern scientific experience in the field of creation of marine protected areas and comparison of technologies offered by international economic-technical terms, general standards for the selection of artificial reefs, 5) Selection of the most appropriate technology. Presentation of final technical specifications. Alternatives. 6) Proposal / program standards of a 5-year monitoring programme.
